This shipping policy applies to all orders of women’s clothing and kids’ apparel purchased from mieven. We currently only deliver to addresses within Canada.
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed and packed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us via support@mieven.co.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 15–25 days
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation
3. Pre-order Items
For pre-order products, the estimated shipping date is stated on each product page. We will arrange delivery strictly following the scheduled time.
4. Important Shipping Notes
All delivery times are estimated. Delays may occur due to bad weather, courier peak periods or unexpected logistics issues.
If your package is lost or stuck in transit, please email us at support@mieven.co with your order number within 15 days after shipment for assistance.
